- You must expressly consent to immediate access to our digital content (e.g., Substack trade plans, Discord access) and acknowledge that this waives your 14-day cooling-off right, as permitted by law.
- Consent is typically obtained during subscription checkout (e.g., via Substack’s payment process). If you do not consent and request a refund within 14 days, we will process it promptly, provided you have not accessed the content.
- U.S. Users: Some U.S. states (e.g., California) may require refunds for defective services or unused subscription periods. If legally mandated, we will provide refunds for the unused portion of your subscription, calculated pro-rata.

- Technical issues resolved promptly or caused by your device/internet, per our Disclaimer’s Section 13.
5. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges:
- Substack: Cancel via your Substack account settings or contact Substack support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, with no proration for partial periods.
- Discord: Cancel premium access (if applicable) via Whop or contact us at barky@barkworthynotes.com. Access ends at the billing cycle’s conclusion.
- Other Platforms: Follow platform-specific cancellation processes (e.g., Patreon, Telegram, if used).
No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a billing cycle unless required by law (see Section 3). Upon cancellation, you retain access until the current billing cycle ends.
6. Affiliate and Third-Party Subscriptions
Some subscriptions may involve affiliate partners (e.g., TradingView premium plans linked in our content) or third-party platforms (e.g., Substack, Discord). Refunds for these are governed by the respective third-party’s refund policy, as noted in our Affiliate Disclosure Policy and Disclaimer’s Section 13.
